Cancellation Policy

50% deposit required at booking (applied to service). 24-Hour Notice: Clients have up to 24 hours before their appointment to cancel or reschedule without incurring a fee. Rescheduling Policy: The reservation fee (deposit) is transferable for rescheduled appointments only once as a one-time courtesy. If the appointment is rescheduled more than once, a new deposit will be required. Same-day cancellations will result in a 30% charge of the remaining balance. No-shows will result in a 30% charge of the remaining balance. If you are 10 minutes or more late, your appointment will be canceled and treated as a no-show, requiring you to rebook with a new deposit. Clients with outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must pay the balance in full before reserving another appointment. Deposits for new appointments will not be accepted until all outstanding fees are paid. After three (3) no-shows, the client will be banned from reserving future appointments and no longer eligible for services. Frequent last-minute cancellations may also result in restricted reservation privileges at the business's discretion. This policy is in place to respect the time and commitment of both the provider and other clients.
